Every weapon that is produced in the Austrian Glock armory stands out for its quality and reliability. This fifth generation model of the Glock 17 pistol is no different. This is a world-famous service pistol. This model of pistol is identical to the one chosen by the French army for its armament.
The main advantages of this fifth-generation Glock 17 are low weight, ease of use and, last but not least, a long service life. The Glock 17 is a so-called full size pistol. It has a double-sided bolt catch and a barrel with an innovative Glock Marksman Barrel bore.
Another novelty on the pistol is a new surface treatment of the bolt and barrel (nDLC) and the extension of the lower part of the magazine well. This achieves that inserting the magazine into the body of the weapon is more convenient and intuitive during combat reloading.
