Description
A highly durable protective cover for silencers, designed specifically for self-loading and automatic weapons. HTP (High Temperature Python) is Cole-TAC's range of muffler protective covers. The packaging is composed of two layers, while the inner insulating insert withstands short-term exposure to temperatures up to 1650°C. The outer coating in an optional color design can withstand temperatures up to 270°C. In practice, this means that this insulating cover can withstand the temperatures arising during intensive shooting in semi and full-auto mode up to approx. 100 rounds/min (rpm). The Cole-TAC HTP cover protects both the suppressor itself from damage and, in particular, the shooter from burns or equipment damage from accidental contact with a hot suppressor. It also eliminates mirage (the vibration of heated air above the silencer that makes aiming difficult). In addition, the inner heat-insulating insert is made of highly adhesive material, which ensures absolutely secure fastening of the package even on the smooth body of the silencer and prevents it from slipping. As standard, this shock absorber cover is Dual = cover length 110 mm and diameter 43.5 mm. Thanks to the tightening straps, the cover can be pulled back by approx. 4-5 mm = can also be used on a shock absorber body with a diameter of 39-40 mm.
